Alchemist Jeon
An average high school student with amnesia and an unknown Jeno of Alchemy. She was said to be found (and adopted since) cover in blood near the Quartz Forest. She is trying to find the origin of her own being and the soure of magic in Symphonia (Jeno). Seiren is unsure if she is human or not because she has wings. She works as a Rune Hunter under the code name Hitori, meaning 'alone'.
Shinri
???
He was saved by Seiren after she found him as a Lost Soul and inputed his soul (through alchemy) into an unidentified stuffed-animal. He is actually working under a request of a "certain someone" he cannot reveal to Sei. He acts as her older brother. Has completely different personalities and powers from Sei, and seems to know about Sei's past. He uses powers a complex lance for combat whenever he takes on human form.
Shiratori Kaoru

Seiren's non-blood-related (older) sister who went traveling, gathering informations about the world, thus, never met Seiren face to face. She then later transfered into Seiren's academy without knowing who she really is. Under certain circumstances, she later ended up moving in with Seiren, and began to discover most of Sei's secrets.
Luxen Heathwield

A playful foreign student from Reint, a high-magic kingdom of aristocrats, who is instantly popular because of his looks and background. Famous for his Jeno of Earth and Reint Magic (very-hard-to-master technique).
Sakurai Yukino

Seiren's close friend, who is upbeat and very friendly. Her goal is to hook Seiren up with a "right guy".
Renka

The one who have power over all Runes. True identity (even gender) is unknown.
